Animal Well is a Super Metroid Dream World. You, a blob, explore a chthonic wilderness of ruins, evil machines and animals of all kinds. Animals are everywhere; some ignore you, some are hostile, some you will use, even kill, to progress. The map slowly opens up revealing more strange chambers, more mysterious motifs and carvings. All animals. All of this rendered in masterpiece pixel art tuned to a hazy, wild filter. Every screen is a vision of fully realized aesthetic, intention, play, and personality.
